72 Hours to Take Back West Virginia
HUNTINGTON – A year and a half of Tea Parties, town halls, and voter unrest have come down to one weekend. Voters who have become increasingly concerned with the direction that the Obama administration is taking our country finally have the opportunity to make their voices heard. Our country faces double-digit unemployment, staggering national debt and deficits, a coal-killing Cap & Trade bill, and the overreach of big government into our healthcare decisions.
Conservatives across Cabell County stand ready to send a message to Obama-Manchin-Rahall team: “We want our country back!” The Cabell GOP needs your help to send this message to Washington, DC. Join the Cabell GOP this weekend as they make telephone calls, go door-to-door, and place yard signs promoting conservative, principled candidates.
Please make plans to be a part of our “Super Saturday” volunteer effort. Our Victory Office, located at 313 9th Street in Huntington, will be open for volunteers during the following hours:
Friday: 10:00am – 9:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 9:00pm
Sunday: 1:30pm – 4:00pm

The League of Women Voters will be sponsoring a “meet the candidates event” THIS evening at 7:00 P.M. The event will be held at the Junior League Building on 9th Avenue in Huntington. Attendees will be given the opportunity to submit questions to the candidates. Several Democrat House of Delegate Candidates have recorded some very dangerous and unpopular votes over the course of the past Let’s make sure the voters can clearly see the distinction between the Democrats, the party of yesterday, and the GOP, the WV Party of the Future!

The Cabell GOP will be opening the 2010 Cabell County Republican Victory Headquarters this evening at 6:00pm. The schedule of events is as follows:
6:00pm – Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
6:30pm – Volunteer Training
8:00pm – CCREC Executive Committee Meeting
